Torrione Nord
The city walls of Jesi are dotted with turrets and watchtowers, defensive structures that for
centuries have protected the town and still bear witness to its fortified heritage.
The 15th-century North Tower, hexagonal in shape, is similar to the Torrione di Mezzogiorno, although it has low battlements.
From the walls and adjacent patrol paths the monumental Church of San Marco can be seen.
