about us
Jack Rabbit is Jesi’s first independent brewpub. “Brew” because we produce our beers on-site, “Pub” meaning a public house: a meeting place where you can relax, enjoy our beers, have a chat, and savor excellent food from our menu.
We are independent because we believe in genuine, distinctive, and non-standardized flavors. We are independent from trends, from multinational taste industries, and from uniformity. The beers we offer are neither filtered nor pasteurized; we carefully select guest beer kegs and wait for the right maturation of our own kegs to serve beers that are always fresh, lively, rich in aromas, and full-bodied in taste. Our pouring technique enhances the brewer’s work and allows us to deliver the right amount of CO₂ and the correct serving temperature.
All the stages involved in our production—from the brewery to the kitchen, from the selection of raw ingredients to their processing, from pairing choices to service and beer pouring—create a unique sensory experience, enhanced by the venue’s evocative setting.
Our kitchen team consists of two chefs and offers a fusion of traditional pub fare and American BBQ cuisine, using the finest local ingredients. All meats are 100% from the Marche region, sourced from small farms, while the bread is freshly delivered by a local bakery; we do not use frozen products, except for some fried items.
Alongside the gastronomic experience, we also broadcast sporting events, as we are a SKY venue. From time to time, we host music, theater, or presentations. During the warmer months, an outdoor seating area is available in Jesi’s historic center.
