Sacco and Vanzetti Gardens (ex prisoners)

Among tree-lined avenues, historic gardens, and well-equipped green spaces, Jesi offers ideal settings for relaxation, leisurely walks, and social gatherings immersed in the city’s natural surroundings

Sacco and Vanzetti Gardens are located on the site of the former prison complex in Via Posterma, on the remains of the city’s historic fortifications.

This area was created following the demolition, in the 1930s, of a building that had housed the Jesi Seminary, which was later relocated to Palazzo Ripanti.

The gardens feature two impressive stone pine trees, along with oleander, privet, hibiscus, and barberry shrubs.
