It aims to make the city’s cultural heritage accessible and inclusive for everyone, from children to the elderly, and from residents to tourists. The historical center is transformed into a true open-air museum: the squares (Piazza Pergolesi, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Colocci, and Piazza Federico II), the historic palaces (Palazzo della Signoria, Palazzo Pianetti Vecchio), and other points of interest across the city (the Scalette della Morte staircase, the former Carcerette prison, Porta Valle, and the Jewish Quarter) become stops on an interactive, multilingual journey. Each site is equipped with an information panel featuring a QR code. By simply scanning the code with a smartphone, visitors can access the “Aesis Publica” app and listen to engaging stories about the history of each location in six languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, and Arabic), voiced by students from Jesi’s Leopardi junior high school. The mascot of this itinerary is little Federichino, who guides young visitors through a fun game of riddles, turning the exploration of the city into a playful and educational experience.

for further information

Aesis Publica

The digital tourist guide accessible to everyone

Find out more

The Aesis Publica Itinerary An itinerary where squares, monuments, and palaces become part of an interactive and multilingual journey, accessible to everyone.
