Description
The history of the Colleonorato winery began four generations ago, with a small cart going around the town to sell chestnuts and hams. A trade that was perfected by the Borioni family until the young Giulia finished her studies and made grapes and fermentation become her passion.
Born in the midst of nature, after graduating in Economics and Marketing in the agro-industrial system Giulia decided to honour her past by setting up the Colleonorato company. Supported by Luca, who with creativity and dedication puts his experience into managing the vineyard, Giulia created her own idea of Verdicchio with unique, not always conventional choices that make their wine the expression of tradition, the result of technology and a portrait of the land.
For Giulia and Luca, wine is an art. It is able to create sensory orchestrations that produce intangible, surreal experiences, in line with the reality of today and its sudden changes. The Colleonorato winery is made up of visionaries with a modern, innovative spirit, who work to transform wine into something unexpected and wonderfully different: a stage for creativity, driven by the need to honour the traditional home-made production by rediscovering its present.
The quality, the continuous search for the best result is the present that grafts new sap onto the roots, onto tradition, onto the land that is the most impactful attraction of Colleonorato products, the primary perfume combined with technology, that pushes the wines to the balance between taste and colour, intensity and aroma.
Colleonorato awaits you for wine tastings, also in combination with a rich, tasty selection of local charcuterie, home-made cheeses and fragrant local products.
