Description

The story of the Tullio Marika company starts with a family originally from Molise. The business is the result of an encounter between a family-run agricultural business dedicated to the production of cereals, including ancient ones, that has been operating for over a century, and the Irpino Bakery, a business that has been known in the surroundings of Jesi for over 30 years. From this union derives the preparation of unique bakery products, rich in nutraceutical properties, made with raw materials at the service of the art of baking.
The business is located in an ancient building, once the home of a farmer employed by the noble family who owned the land. A villa overlooks the farm.
The building is peculiar for its structure, as it is one of the few farmhouses with a central cocoonery and three-pitch side roofs. The building has a classic layout, with stables and various storerooms on the ground floor, the actual house on the upper floors, and a small cellar for storing food and wine. The house is surrounded by vegetable gardens and numerous fruit trees. This makes the Tullio Marika company a reality that represents the union of experiences, stories and the territory, as it also offers a small but fascinating view of the sea.
On the Tullio Marika farm, it is also possible to share. On the ‘farmer's day’, through theory and practice you can discover all the customs and traditions of country life. From history to bakery in order to create bread, pizza and cakes, using a wood-fired oven and all the tools peculiar to this typical local farm.
